Yeah, and it's incredibly sad that our home country doesn't feel like home anymore. But on the other hand, this experience of living in a new country and discovering a completely different lifestyle is so wonderful. Regardless of what made us come here, I feel joyous that we arrived.

Now they live in Portugal full time. I look forward to reading more about your experiences living abroad. Are you learning Portuguese?
Congratulations on making progress! You got this. I have heard many wonderful things about Portugal. I am currently learning several languages (British sign language and Austrian sign language) and the lessons are challenging.

I am! It’s an incredibly difficult language but I’m determined and am making progress
